Delivery and collection information

We aim to have orders ready for collection/dispatch within two working days from when the items come into stock with us from our supplier.

We have deliveries from Ultraframe Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The cut off point for ordering with Ultraframe is:

Friday 1pm for deliveries to us Tuesday

Tuesday 1pm for deliveries to us Thursday.

If we already have the items in stock, we aim to have it ready for dispatch or collection within two working days from receiving your order.

We ship all our orders out either using a next day courier service or via 1st class post.

However, we cannot guarantee you will receive your order the day after dispatch, any delivery dates quoted for are only estimated delivery dates. Maitlands will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of goods. We recommend you do not book any fitting services until you have received and are satisfied with the goods.

Orders are currently taking up to 7 working days for delivery.

You will receive an email once you have placed you order letting you know when your order is likely to be dispatched or ready for collection.

Ultralite 500:

There are currently delays with Ultralite 500 panels, we are unable to provide any delivery dates at present. Some orders have taken over 6 weeks for delivery. Once we have a confirmed delivery date from Ultraframe, you will receive an email as to when you are likely to receive your order.

Delivery costs:

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout, we would recommend adding the items you require to the basket and enter the shipping address, which will give you the correct carriage charge for your order.
